One for the sour heads

Here’s one for the sour heads. @hallertaubrewery Funkonnay. This beer spends a year in Chardonnay barrels partying with the nicest bugs Hallertau know. Lean and fruity, peachy and very dry. Delicate, racy and moreish. You’ll know where they are coming from.
Given the extensive beer making we wouldn’t call it a session beer, in flavour or price, so we’re serving it as a 250ml pour in a wine glass.
